Quality Supervisor

Quality Supervisor Lead day-to-day quality control activities, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations Manage and mentor a team of inspectors, providing technical support and direction Develop, implement, and refine quality processes and procedures Conduct internal audits to identify gaps and drive corrective actions Analyze quality metrics, non-conformance data, and feedback to prevent defects Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to resolve quality issues Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutions Oversee supplier quality performance, including audits and continuous improvement Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
