DENTAL FRONT DESK / PATIENT COORDINATOR
Our growing, modern dental practice in Port Jervis, NY is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Front Desk/Patient Coordinator to join our team!
Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating a great experience for patients? If so, you may be exactly who we’re looking for!
We are a patient-focused dental practice with an excellent reputation and amazing patient reviews , and we’re looking for someone who will be a warm, friendly face for our patients from the moment they walk through the door.
What you’ll be doing:- Greeting and checking in/out patients
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Confirming appointments and communicating with patients
- Coordinating treatment and helping patients understand their next steps
- Verifying insurance and assisting with billing and payments
- Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk
- Working closely with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Someone who takes pride in making patients feel comfortable and cared for
- Dental front-office experience is a MUST!
