We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, pet lover to confidently communicate and build relationships with prospective customers, while providing exceptional experiences to our loyal clients. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RESERVATION SPECIALIST You are the "voice" of our business. You are always respectful and professional in all your interactions. You take inbound phone calls from current and prospective customers. You make outbound phone calls to return voicemails or follow up on emails and reservation requests. You use phone scripts combined with your excellent communication skills to build the value of the services, build relationships with pet parents, and promote a high level of activities that are best for each pet. You process new reservations from start to finish. You handle customer questions and concerns with patience . You use your sales skills and competitive nature to promote services that benefit each pet. Your natural empathy helps you understand customers\' concerns and hesitations so you can establish trust and help pet parents overcome the fear associated with leaving their pet. You use your attention to detail as you document the details of each call. And, since you are an animal lover , you also enjoy promoting pet-related services that are truly in the best interest of every pet, since our #1 goal is to ensure each pet is happy, safe, and healthy during his or her stay with us. QUALIFICATIONS Basic computer literacy Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Polished, professional and enunciates clearly Must be open to coaching and committed to learning new concepts Must be able to input information into software while speaking on the phone At least one year of call center, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak times Must not be allergic to dogs or cats
