An established and reputable title company in the Houston/Spring 77379 market is seeking a licensed Escrow Officer with an active book of business. This is a stable, well‑structured operation with strong leadership, consistent support, and a long history of serving the Houston real estate community. The ideal candidate is a producer who wants a dependable platform, strong operational backing, and the opportunity to participate in profit sharing based on performance and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full escrow workflow including file opening, title review, curative coordination, document preparation, funding, and disbursement
• Maintain and expand an existing book of business through strong service and relationship management
• Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth closings and timely updates
• Prepare settlement statements, closing packages, and all required documentation with accuracy
• Conduct signings and ensure compliance with Texas title regulations
• Uphold company standards for service, accuracy, and turnaround times
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all regulatory and ethical requirements

Qualifications

• Active Texas Escrow Officer license
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in residential title and escrow
• Proven book of business with consistent monthly production
• Strong understanding of Texas title processes, curative steps, and closing procedures
• Ability to manage high volume with accuracy and professionalism
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Proficiency with title production systems and escrow software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
