Director OF Project Management

We are seeking a construction project manager to lead commercial tenant improvement projects at our Nashville office. Responsibilities Develop strong industry relationships internally and externally, representing Colliers project management brand. Lead multiple commercial tenant improvement projects, working closely with clients to successful completion. Establish a pathway to project success based upon key performance indexes defined by stakeholders. Oversee development of the project roadmap, leading the team from initial concept through punch‑list and close‑out. Coordinate with trades and building tenants; create schedule, budget and flag deviations and resolve issues as they arise. Carve out a key role in developing a local project management presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years in design, construction or project management related field. Extensive knowledge of design process, construction and project management. Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and industry specific software such as Bluebeam, CAD or Revit. Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications. Strong leadership skills, ability to direct and manage vendors, provide critical thinking for problem solving. Experience in directing and maintaining team spirit; familiar with business development strategies and harboring industry relationships.
