We’re looking for an experienced food and beverage manager to take our impeccable service to the next level. Your job will be to lead our highly-engaged team and manage the entire food and beverage department; under your watch, every guest leaves happy! $17.50 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Write and implement departmental operation schedules
Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs
Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule
Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements

Qualifications:

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus
Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus
National food and health safety regulations knowledge
Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
Food handling license
