Qualifications

Here's What You Need Associate's Degree Nursing required OR Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required 2 years experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting preferred RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required AND BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required CPI Crisis Prevention Training Maintained Annually 90 days required What You Will Do Texas Health's nursing theory is the Quality Caring Model developed by Dr. Joanne Duffy.
