These capabilities support more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects within the Navy’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems, Maritime and Munitions, as well as clients at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, and the Office of Naval Research.#FC #DiceResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a high performing Operations Analyst to provide full-time support to Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems at NSWC Dahlgren.You will provide subject matter expertise for integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems (SLQ-32 v6/v7) and assist in the development and implementation of procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program. You will work daily onsite at NSWC Dahlgren. Expected travel is minimal. Sign‑on bonus is available upon hire!QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Eight (8) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis, operation, and testing of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.Experience in Agile methodologyActive DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employmentDesired Qualifications:Demonstrated experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information OperationsDemonstrated experience organizing and leading large meetings, workshops, or conferencesDemonstrated experience systems development and/or creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, Developmental and Operational T&EPay Range InformationAt SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent.
