As a key member of the Resident & Fellowship Strategic Leadership Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis build strategic partnerships, and drive confidence across the U.S. based Resident & Fellowship Programs with a focus on Adult Reconstruction. **Job Title:** Senior Manager, US Marketing, Residents & Fellows**Reports To:** Sr. Director, U.S. Marketing**Department:** Marketing**Location:** Austin, TX Preferred or Remote **Job Title/High Level Position Summary:** **Enovis** is seeking a **Senior Manager, US Marketing, Resident & Fellowship Strategy** to lead the development and execution of comprehensive downstream marketing strategies focused on resident and fellow engagement, acquisition, retention, and long-term customer development. This role will drive market activation initiatives designed to build enduring relationships with emerging surgeons throughout their training journey and beyond, ultimately supporting business growth and strengthening customer loyalty.The Senior Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Medical Education, Product Development, Professional Affairs, Compliance, and Data Analytics teams to create and execute data-driven programs that align with overall business objectives and commercial priorities. A critical component of this role is leading Enovis' resident and fellow retention strategy, including the measurement, reporting, and optimization of surgeon engagement and conversion following fellowship graduation. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison among internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring a coordinated approach to developing future surgeon advocates and customers. This position reports directly to the **Senior Director, U.S. Marketing**.**Key Responsibilities:*** Maintain and develop relationships with the current strategic resident & fellowship programs.* Identify and assess potential new candidates for strategic resident & fellowship programs.* Develop strategy and processes for working with high level orthopedic residency programs.* Take the lead on all communications with fellows and residents for all programs, outside of Medical Education roles and responsibilities.* Communicate all feedback and information on fellows to the appropriate persons in the field sales organization & Enovis Surgical internal teams.* Develop and maintain database of fellows and residents.* Develop and maintain database for Resident and Fellow retention.* Work with internal teams to develop and maintain metrics to evaluate the outcomes of specified programs.* Support Downstream Initiatives for all fellow and resident meetings and medical education events.* Prepare, manage, and maintain Downstream Marketing Budget in relation to Resident and Fellows Strategy.* Identify key market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies and product positioning* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and ensure proper tracking and measurement of performance against goals* Shape lifecycle marketing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, drive repeat purchases, and increase customer lifetime value* Oversee personalization and segmentation strategies to ensure marketing efforts resonate with key audience segments* Utilize data-driven insights to adjust marketing strategies and optimize effectiveness against business growth goals.* Provide regular reporting and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting marketing performance, opportunities, and challenges* Performs other duties as assigned. **Minimum Basic Qualifications:*** BA/BS Degree Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.* Master’s degree Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.* 8+ years related experience in successful marketing roles, reconstructive sales, or resident/fellowship strategy in the medical device industry, focused on strategic customer acquisition and retention.* Proven experience launching and scaling complex marketing strategies.* Strong understanding of orthopedic procedures in adult reconstruction; including Hip, Knee, and Upper Extremity Arthroplasty.* Must possess professional ethics and demeanor.* Must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft 360, Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, Zoom).* Must be able to communicate in English clearly and fluently, both written and verbal.* Must be proficient in interacting with physicians, industry personnel and researchers in face-to-face, telephone and electronic communications.**Travel Requirements:*** On-Site Austin based residency preferred: Must be able to travel up to 45% of the time; domestic* Off-Site based residency will require increased travel: 65-70% travel; domestic* Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-3 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.* Must have flexible schedule adaptable to constant change and be able to work nights and weekends. **Desired Qualifications:*** High-paced growth environment, need to be comfortable taking charge of multiple projects at one time.* Experience with robotics, navigation, AR/VR, or digital surgical technologies.* Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities.* Strategic Thinking: Ability to define long-term vision while executing near-term priorities.* Clinical & Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of surgical workflows and enabling technologies.* Commercial Orientation: Focus on adoption, utilization, and revenue impact.* Financial Rigor: Data-driven decision-making with strong business case discipline* Leadership & Influence: Ability to align and mobilize teams *Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
