Responsible to adhering to: the Head Start Performance Standards.
Primary duties are:- Develop mutually trustful relationships with all families within caseload.
- Plan and facilitate regularly scheduled home visits with all families on caseload.
- Provide developmentally appropriate and simulating activates that help develop the relationship/bonding of parent and child.
- Help parents organize and access services based on individual family needs and act as an advocate for families when needed.
- Maintain harmonious working relationship with others.
- Maintain a commitment to professionalism at all time.
- Bilingual. (English-Spanish)
