Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Job Details
- Position Description:
Provides nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery Department, monitoring fetal and maternal well-being, assisting with labor and delivery procedures, and supporting postpartum care.
- Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. One (1) year of recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience in a clinical setting.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field. Five (5) or more years of recent Labor and Delivery experience within the last two (2) years. One (1) year of high-risk Labor and Delivery experience within the last two (2) years. High Risk Obstetrics experience preferred.
- Schedule:
Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information:
The role involves providing care in high-risk obstetric cases and maintaining compliance with hospital policies. The assignment begins on 11/02/2026 and concludes on 01/17/2027.
