We offer multiple shifts and do our best to keep you working close to your preferred area.Pay Range: $20-$21hrWhat We're Looking for in Caregiver Applicants:Willingness to perform all levels of care - including peri/personal care and transfers or be willing to learn!Valid driver's license and current auto insurance to transport clients in their own vehicle – mileage reimbursement provided!Availability needed weekdays and weekends, daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Weekend availability is a huge plusWilling to work in the Junction City, Creswell, and Cottage Grove areasBilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are strongly encouraged to applyShift examples include (but are not limited to): 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.Caregiver Job Duties:Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living, including (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionWhy Family Resource Home Care?We Equip You: Become a professional caregiver with our support. Paid Travel Time: We pay you for travel time between clients. Paid Orientation & Training: You will be paid for the time spent in orientation and for any required online training. We proudly recognize our caregivers through weekly emails and monthly newsletters.Requirements:18 years of age or olderAbility to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. on rare occasionsMust own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile appAbility to pass a state and national background checkValid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving recordAbility to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as neededAdditional Information: Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply, and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Oregon only: If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with nurse-led medication training before working with clients.
