Process Technician

Shift: B Shift 12-Hour Nights (SundayTuesday & Every Other Wednesday, 6:00 PM 6:00 AM)

Schedule: rotating 3/4-day workweeks

Competitive pay range of $24$36/hour based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily injection molding operations and ensure optimal machine performance
• Optimize production processes to meet quality and output targets
• Maintain compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot and maintain molding equipment to reduce downtime
• Conduct internal process audits and sustain 5S workplace organization
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for product validation and release
• Monitor key production metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts
• Supervise material handling procedures and inventory control
• Provide leadership support during shift operations as needed

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• Prior experience in injection molding, preferably in a medical device or regulated manufacturing setting
• Solid mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Strong math and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work standing for long periods
• Willingness to work overtime and weekend shifts when needed
