The Role We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager – Healthcare to lead and expand the company's presence across a high-potential region. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition across care homes, private hospitals, and other private healthcare settings. Build and nurture robust client relationships at all levels, ensuring long-term partnerships. What We're Looking For Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing, ideally in a leadership or senior sales capacity. A strong track record of successful client acquisition, retention, and demonstrably growing revenue. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade. An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating drive, urgency, and a competitive edge.
