San Francisco Peninsula | $85,000–$110,000+ per year | 100% Health Insurance Premium Paid
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician with at least 3 years of service plumbing experience who takes pride in accurate diagnosis, quality repairs, and professional workmanship.
We are not a commission shop . There are no sales quotas, and no pressure to upsell. Your job is to diagnose the problem correctly, explain it clearly in your report, and fix it properly.
The right person will have:
- 3+ years of hands-on service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Pride in clean, careful workmanship
- A reliable, dependable work ethic
- A desire to keep improving as a technician
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Knowing UPC is a plus.
This is not the right job for someone who:
- Guesses instead of diagnoses
- Replaces parts without understanding the cause
- Cuts corners when no one is watching
- Is motivated by commissions or sales contests
- Wants to work less.
