Full-Charge Bookkeeper - Boise

Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING a Full-Charge Bookkeeper in Boise, ID

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience to manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while managing a variety of accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Pay and Schedule: $25.00/PH, Monday-Friday, day times vary, 20-30 hours per week

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
• Process customer invoicing and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records
• Handle Accounts Payable, including vendor invoices and payments
• Process and maintain payroll records
• Monitor tax accounts and ensure payments are made accurately and on time
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Assist with financial reporting and other accounting-related tasks
• Work closely with the company accountant on year-end tasks and reporting
• Serve as a backup and assist with additional financial or administrative duties as needed

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a Full-Charge Bookkeeping role
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoicing, and payroll
• Knowledge of tax account monitoring and timely payment processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with accountants and internal staff
