Lead CT Radiologic Technologist*

The Job

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Lead CT Radiologic Technologist who will function in a lead capacity and produce CT's and/or radiographs during specialized procedures for the diagnosis of neurological, cardiologic, vascular disorders, joint, lung, venous, throat, breast, arterial, and/or spinal disorders. Minimum Requirements

Candidates must possess all of the following:

Certification:

• Must be certified by the State of California, Department of Public Health as a Radiologic Technologist
• CRT/Fluoroscopy issued by the State of California, Department of Public Health
• Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Venipuncture Certification for contrast media

Registration:

• Must possess registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Computerized Tomography (CT) Technologist

Experience:

• Three (3) years of recent experience within the past five (5) years as a Special Procedures Radiologic Technologist/ CT Technologist, which includes (1) one year in an acute care setting and (2) two years in a hospital or ambulatory setting.

Desired Qualifications

One (1) year of experience as a lead technologist or supervising technologist is highly desirable.
