Print OperatorWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Color Print Operator to join our production team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating high-speed digital and/or offset printing equipment, with a strong understanding of color calibration, print quality standards, and finishing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain digital and/or offset color printing equipmentPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issuesEnsure accurate color reproduction and print qualityFollow job specifications and production schedulesMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in a color print production environmentFamiliarity with Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, or similar digital pressesUnderstanding of color theory and calibration toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksStrong attention to detail and quality controlWillingness to work overnight hours and occasional overtime may be necessary
