Drainage Engineer

Job Description
Expanding Midwest firm is looking to fill a critical role for a Drainage Engineer in their Naperville Office!

Responsibilities:

Work on a variety of public and private sector projects
Lead drainage design on transportation projects
Collaborate with staff
Communicate with clients
Prepare technical reports, plans, designs, cost estimates and calculations
Use background experience on a variety of projects (transportation drainage design, detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater management and permitting)

Requirements:

B.S. in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience
PE License or ability to obtain
Proficient in drainage design software (HEC-RAS, HY-8 and SWMM)
Experience using MicroStation, GEOPAK/OpenRoads and Civil 3D
Site development experience preferred
Familiar with IDOT and Illinois Tollway

Salary is commensurate with experience.
