Position Overview

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Consonus Physical Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the physical rehabilitation experience of our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Support the registered Physical Therapist in executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities, including electrotherapy, ultrasound, and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor patients' progress, document observations, and report any significant changes or reactions to the supervising therapist.
• Assist in patient education by guiding them through exercises and advising them on techniques to manage pain effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients dealing with orthopedic conditions and chronic pain. The focus is on improving mobility, reducing discomfort, and helping these individuals develop the necessary skills to manage their health effectively. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
