What We're Looking For Current state RN license with an associate degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. 21 years of age or older. Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required and De-escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire. Must have a current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license.
