You'll help manufacture products used in defense, medical, and energy storage applications while building valuable manufacturing skills. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? 1shift:

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Assemble products and components by following work instructions and production drawings.

Operate, load, and unload production machinery.

Perform hands-on assembly, soldering, wire preparation, and other manufacturing tasks as assigned.

Conduct visual inspections and quality checks using measuring tools and gauges.

Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.

Complete production testing and accurately record results in computer systems and production documents.

Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Communicate quality concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards to team leaders and supervisors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus!

Soldering experience preferred; IPC soldering certification is a bonus.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working within tight tolerances.

Basic computer skills and accurate recordkeeping.

Experience with calipers, scales, testing equipment, welding, or forklifts is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and remain seated or standing for extended periods.

SHIFT DETAILS First Shift Monday–Thursday

6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Overtime may be required on Fridays or Saturdays, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, based on production needs.
