Job Opportunity: Cook

Our cooks are the heartbeat of our caf kitchens, bringing consistency, quality, and care to every dish we serve. They're responsible for preparing food according to our recipes and plating standards, working efficiently to fulfill customer tickets within our time goals. Throughout each shift, cooks keep the line stocked and organized, complete prep tasks, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen from the dish area to storage spaces.

Cooks work closely with the baristas and store leadership team to ensure smooth communication and quick service. They follow all food safety and kitchen guidelineslike FIFO, proper storage, and temperature checksand help with ordering produce or reporting maintenance issues as needed. Whether opening or closing the kitchen, tackling deep cleans, or helping resolve a guest concern, our cooks show up with a team-first attitude and a commitment to great food and great service.

Requirements:

• Previous cook or kitchen experience required
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
