This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, supporting the modernization of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting within the Business Intelligence Group Center of Excellence (BIG-COE). The Associate Director will contribute to digital transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Microsoft Fabric to enhance agility, accuracy, and strategic value across finance operations.This position is accountable for generating strategic insights, enhancing internal capabilities in resource allocation, identifying growth drivers, and supporting channel prioritization efforts. The role requires close partnership with global finance as well as regional and sub-regional teams to deliver effective business solutions and address capability gaps through the implementation of advanced planning and reporting tools that promote a data-driven culture within the PFR function. The anticipated wage for this position is$132,000 - $193,600Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
