Charge Nurse - Critical Care PCU, Nights

Role Provides quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, managing clinical duties and operational issues during shifts. Acts as a resource and communicates patient, departmental, and staff concerns to leadership. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred Valid RN license and multistate licensure (NLC/eNCL) Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and additional specialty certifications as applicable Experience in emergency, labor/delivery, or pediatric care is advantageous Key Duties Deliver clinical nursing care, coordinate department operations, serve as a staff resource, and communicate effectively with leadership to ensure quality patient outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
