Our team consists of problem solvers and go-getters who are dedicated to being service-oriented and solving important problems.About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on Sr Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Retail Merchandising, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Buying processes within SAP S/4HANA. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP MM solutions that support merchandising operations, purchasing workflows, inventory movement, and vendor management across the enterprise. This role will partner closely with Merchandising, Buying, Supply Chain teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions and continuous process improvements. This role reports to the Director - SAP, Purchasing & Logistics. Responsibilities Include:Configure and support SAP S/4 HANA MM functionality across Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management processesLead functional design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP MM solutionsDevelop functional specifications for RICEFW objects including interfaces, enhancements, reports, forms, and workflowsDrive SAP configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities for merchandising and procurement functionsPartner with Merchandising, Buying, Inventory Management, and Finance stakeholders to standardize and optimize business processesSupport integrations between SAP and surrounding retail platforms including WMS, EDI, POS, vendor systems, and external applicationsManage and support master data processes including material master, vendor master, purchasing info records, and pricing conditionsExecute and support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and post-production stabilization activitiesCollaborate with development and offshore teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions on timeAbout The Pay:Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $155,000 AnnuallyAnnual Bonus ProgramEquity401(k) Profit SharingMedical, Dental, Vision & More!Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.About You:5–8 years of hands-on SAP MM functional experience with strong configuration expertiseStrong SAP S/4 HANA MM experience required, including Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, and Merchandise ManagementRetail industry experience strongly preferredExperience supporting merchandising and buying business processes within SAP environmentsStrong functional configuration experience with SAP MM; ability to independently design and troubleshoot solutionsExperience integrating SAP with EDI, warehouse systems, POS systems, and external vendor platformsStrong understanding of SAP master data structures and transactional process flowsExperience writing detailed functional specifications and supporting technical development teamsProven experience supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations and enhancementsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent SAP functional experience consideredTo learn about how we collect, use and secure your personal information.
