Sales ManagerJob Title: Sales ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Goldsboro, NCPay: $ 27 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pmJob Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a high-performing sales organization from the ground up by recruiting top talent, developing sales systems, coaching the team, implementing KPIs, and driving profitable revenue growth across our DSD, Wholesale, Foodservice, Retail, and Key Account channels.Key Responsibilities:Build and lead a high-performing sales organization.Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach Account Managers, Route Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and future Regional Sales Managers.Establish a strong performance culture built on accountability.Conduct weekly sales meetings.Create coaching plans for each salespersonDevelop and execute sales strategiesIdentify new market opportunities throughout North Carolina and surrounding states.Team DevelopmentRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.5+ years managing high-performing sales teams.Experience within Food Distribution, Grocery Distribution, Beverage Distribution, CPG or Wholesale Distribution.Proven success recruiting and developing sales organizations.Strong financial and business acumen.Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales portfolios.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Valid driver's license.Preferred Qualifications:Hispanic Food IndustryFoodservice DistributionDSD OperationsGrocery ChainsConvenience Store DistributionERP systemsCRM platformsRoute Accounting SystemsMicrosoft Power BI Sales AnalyticsCore Competencies Management, Leadership, Sales, Development, Revenue Growth, Build Relationships #GOLD
