What You’ll Be Doing As a Host at Slow Hand, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and with a smile, setting the tone for their visit.
- Managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements to optimize the flow of the dining room.
- Assisting with waitlists and ensuring guests are informed of their table status.
- Collaborating with the team to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
