A well-established skilled trades staffing firm is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for its field workforce pipeline in the Syracuse market. In this role, you'll source, screen, and place skilled tradespeople with client job sites; working closely with the sales team to make sure every order is filled with the right person, fast. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified tradespeople Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments, both virtually and in person Fill client orders by matching tradespeople with proven safety and skill records to project needs Maintain accurate candidate records and lead lists to track skill sets, interests, and availability Drive retention through ongoing engagement, relationship-building, and utilization strategies Partner closely with the sales team to align worker availability with client demand and support order fulfillment Monitor project timelines and worker assignments, providing proactive updates on availability and project end dates Ensure all candidates meet safety qualifications and maintain accurate safety and training records Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed Requirements & Qualifications: Previous recruiting experience required; background in staffing, HR, or client/customer relations preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable using data to guide decisions and drive results Construction industry knowledge a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Regular and predictable attendance required — this is an in-office position in Syracuse, NY Benefits Information: Annual salary with quarterly bonus potential Company-matched 401(k) PTO and paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision coverage Short-term disability Voluntary supplemental life insurance Our client is an Equal Opportunity employer — M/F/Veteran/Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
