Overview In this Product Director role, you will own Product Delivery for the Americas, accountable for turning product strategy into predictable, high-quality execution across complex programmes of work. You’ll be trusted to set direction, align teams, and lead end-to-end product delivery, ensuring that priorities are clear, trade-offs are well judged, and execution delivers measurable impact. What You’ll Be Responsible For Owning Product Delivery outcomes across a significant B2B product area, from strategy through to execution. Setting priorities, making informed trade-offs, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned on what matters most. Partnering closely with engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders to ensure effective, predictable product delivery. Using customer insight, market signals, and operational feedback to shape roadmaps and drive continuous improvement. Providing confident, credible product leadership within a hands-on, operationally focused environment.
