Workday Integration Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Workday Developer / Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience in enterprise HR technology, with strong hands-on expertise in Workday development, integrations, reporting, and technical architecture. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy complex Workday HCM solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and custom integrations .
• Build and optimize Workday integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and APIs.
• Develop advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and composite reports.
• Work with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and production defects.
• Develop integration specifications, technical designs, test plans, and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, business analysts, security teams, and enterprise application teams.
• Participate in Workday releases, impact analysis, regression testing, and production deployments.
• Ensure Workday solutions follow security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Workday technical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB .
• Expertise in Workday integrations and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath .
• Experience with Workday security and integration security.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
