Registered Nurse - PRN

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for the Acute MedSurgical B - PRN position located in Sulphur, LA. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with various medical conditions in a fast-paced acute care setting. Responsibilities Assess patient health status Develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications Monitor patient progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge instructions, ensuring a smooth transition from hospital to home Qualifications The ideal candidate must possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
