This entry‑level position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, has an interest in technology, and is excited to learn hands‑on in a supportive service environment. What We’re Looking For: Available to work a full‑time schedule, weekends included High School Diploma 1 year customer‑facing experience (retail, tech support, service industry) A strong desire to solve problems and help others Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver’s license to travel from the Service Center for home visits Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that include standing, bending and kneeling Why Join Us?
