Legal Customer Success Consultant (JD Required)

Location Requirement Qualified candidates must be based in Oregon. About the Role This position exists to create preference and active-users in law schools in an assigned territory by assessing the needs of the customer, developing school‑and‑firm‑specific business plans, and promoting the advantages of LexisNexis products and services. Responsibilities Act as a consultative sales person, supporting law school customers to increase active users. Work at all levels of a law school, including students, faculty, librarians and leadership (e.g. law school dean level). Develop strategic account plans (which will differ school‑by‑school). Demonstrate deep product, content or practice area knowledge; serve as an internal resource for sales, marketing and segmentation. Prepare and deliver specialized customer presentations that communicate our value proposition and differentiators to create new active users. Conduct research and analysis of findings and share information with product, segment and marketing. Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff at law schools. Qualifications Juris Doctorate with 1–2 years of practice experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience developing and executing account plans and coordinating key stakeholders and resources to positively impact clients. Outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledge. Benefits & Compensation National base pay range: $71,600–$119,400. Geographic differentials may apply to reflect local market rates. The role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and offers country‑specific benefits.
