Position Overview

The Practice Manager will be responsible for supervision of our Clarion Dental site and will effectively carry out the Networks Policies and Procedures while communicating managements goals and objectives for productivity, morale and safe operation of the site.

This person is also responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office and designated areas related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.

Location and Hours of Position

PHN Clarion Dental Center: 30 Pinnacle Drive, Clarion PA 16214

The general office hours for this position are:

• Monday 8:00am-6:00pm
• Tuesday 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Wednesday 8:00am- 6:00pm
• Thursday 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Friday 8:00am 1:00pm

NO WEEKENDS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in the healthcare / dental field (preferred)
• Previous management experience (preferred)

Must have:

• Technological proficiency
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Possesses a strong work ethic
