What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to read work instructions and basic drawings
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Willing to learn new skills and assembly processes
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Experience with hand tools or power tools is helpful, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift
• Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Handle and assemble large door parts
• Use your hands for detailed assembly work
• Lift, move, and position materials safely

What You'll Do

• Build bus doors by following simple work instructions and drawings
• Install parts such as windows, hinges, handles, seals, sensors, and hardware
• Use hand tools, power tools, and air tools safely
• Measure, cut, and install rubber seals, wiring, and other parts
• Check your work to make sure it meets quality standards
• Apply touch-up paint, glue, and caulking as needed
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Help with other production tasks after training
