TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Idaho Falls, Idaho, 83404!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Exceptional communication skills Strong time management abilities Medication safety compliance (minimum of 98% of all medications safely scanned and administered) Description: The Med/Surg unit has 39 beds and a total of 60 staff members. The staffing includes 1 charge RN, 7 RNs, and 3 CNAs on the day shift, and 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, and 2 CNAs on the night shift. Patient ratios are 1:5 for day shifts and 1:6 for night shifts. Typical equipment used includes Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Arjo lifts, Novastat, and computers in every room with EMR Meditech. Candidates must be flexible to work either days or nights. The ideal candidate is friendly, team-oriented, and able to make strong personal connections. Two weekends per month are required, with on-call duties only during low volume periods. Preferred candidates will have chemotherapy certification.
