Night Shelter Support Specialist - Trauma-Informed Care
The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking an Overnight Support Specialist at our Kensington Campus in Lancaster, California. This full-time position, Thursday to Monday, 11pm - 7:30am, involves acting as a first point-of-contact for clients and providing support in a safe, trauma-informed environment. Key duties include monitoring facilities, building client relationships, and facilitating support activities. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and customer service skills.
