Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
Provide accurate estimates and communicate effectively with clients regarding plumbing services.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
Valid Texas Master Plumber License is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
