Preferred qualifications Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms. 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross‑business projects. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $262,000 - $365,000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits Responsibilities Act as an SME on compliance infrastructure and be a go‑to person for translating external compliance requirements into infrastructure enhancements. Drive technical work across Search to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Drive long‑term strategic vision in the compliance space, leveraging the use of LLMs and agentic solutions. Contribute to OKR planning and tracking. Contribute to a positive team culture.
