Required Skills & Experience

Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project operations.\nReview and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents.\nTrack project progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.\nCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.\nSupport quality control and safety compliance on job sites.\nAssist in cost tracking, budgeting, and schedule updates.\nParticipate in problem-solving and provide technical support during construction activities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.\nExperience: Strong understanding of construction principles and project management fundamentals.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) is a plus.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
