Entry-Level Business Associate

We’re hiring Entry-Level Business Associates to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, customer service professionals, sales associates, and motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on business experience .

No previous business, sales, or marketing experience is required. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Business Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer engagement, sales, marketing, business development, and team operations .

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities
• Communicate with customers and community members in a professional and positive manner
• Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition
• Represent client campaigns and brands at events and community activations
• Help execute sales and marketing strategies
• Track basic performance metrics and campaign results
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Learn business operations, customer relationship management, and leadership skills

No Experience Required
