Assistant Property ManagerForest Creek Apartments is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with strong leasing and operational experience to join its onsite team.Key Responsibilities:Collect and post rental incomePrepare and deliver delinquency notices, three-day notices to vacate, and assist with eviction processesCommunicate with residents regarding renewals, notices, and move-outsActively participate in leasing activities and support occupancy goalsMaintain accurate and organized resident files and documentationAssist with general office operations, including phone coverage and resident correspondencePrepare security deposit refunds and chargesPost miscellaneous income and expenses, including NSF checks and vendor commissionsEnsure all lease files are current, complete, and compliantAssume Property Manager responsibilities in their absence, as neededWhy People Love Working Here:People are at the heart of what we do every day.
