This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the enterprise, working alongside senior leadership to drive organizational priorities from concept through execution. What You'll Do Lead and manage enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that support long-term business objectives. Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and success metrics. Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates while ensuring alignment across departments. Drive accountability by coordinating resources, tracking milestones, and removing obstacles that impact project success. Build strong relationships across business functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Human Resources, and Commercial teams. Develop dashboards, presentations, and executive-level communications that provide visibility into project health and organizational priorities. Champion change management efforts to support adoption of new processes, systems, and strategic initiatives. Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management methodologies, governance, and operational effectiveness. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline. 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
