Transport Planner

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Transport Planner to join our busy and well-established Transport Planning team in Northampton . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of transport planning— particularly development planning —and an interest in supporting a variety of public sector schemes.As part of our team, you’ll contribute to high-profile projects across Northampton , including major Sustainable Urban Extensions, the SEGRO Northampton Strategic Rail Freight Interchange, and the University of Northampton’s Waterside Campus. You’ll also have the chance to work on exciting developments further afield, such as Silverstone Motor Racing Circuit, Alconbury Weald, Aylesbury Woodlands, Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal, and Rushden Lakes Shopping Centre.Our office is based in the village of Blisworth, near Junction 15 of the M1, where we’ve been located since 2003. It’s a welcoming and collaborative working environment set in a picturesque location close to the Grand Union Canal.About the roleYou will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects—from large, strategic land development proposals to smaller sites, as well as strategic infrastructure and public sector commissions.
