Workers' Compensation Attorney | Miami, FL (Hybrid) – $165K Location/Schedule : Miami, FL (Hybrid) Base Salary: $165K, plus a production bonus tied to billables. No cap. The bonus often exceeds the base. Practice: Florida workers' compensation defense for employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. The work covers petitions for benefits, mediations, hearings before Judges of Compensation Claims, independent medical examinations, medical record review, compensability analysis, settlement negotiations, and appeals.
