Requirements- Have the physical strength and stamina to lift 40 lbs repetitively for 8-10 hours
- Can stoop, bend, reach, and stay active for long periods
- Are dependable and safety-conscious
- Are available to work every other weekend as scheduled
- Are okay with working around biohazards (training provided)
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare is a plus but not required
- Sorting and washing soiled linens
- Folding and organizing clean laundry
- Offloading 200 lbs of wet laundry from washers and loading into dryers
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the laundry department
- Carefully checking laundry for potential biohazards such as bodily fluids or sharps (refer to on-site BBP protocol)
- Working closely with the team to ensure efficiency and safety
