RazerStore Sales Associate (SD)

Position: Razer Store Sales Associate Pay Rate: $19.06/hr Job Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate Razer products. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, showcasing the unique value proposition of Razer's ecosystem. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and merchandising. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products. Stay up‑to‑date on all Razer product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating issues when necessary. Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics, gaming, or a related technology field. Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with Razer products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment. Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
