Salary: DOE + Commission + Bonus
Were looking for aMaintenance Technicianwho values teamwork, quality, and great customer service. Youll play a key role in maintaining the propertys standards and curb appeal, handling service requests, and preparing apartments for new residents.
If you enjoy hands-on work withHVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What Youll Do
- Respond to resident service requests
- Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
- Maintain property appearance and functionality
- Work closely with the Property Manager and Service Manager
What Were Looking For
- EPA HVAC Certification(Type I & II or Universal required)
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance installation
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
- A trueteam playerwith a positive attitude
