About the Role

MiBA is a precision-oncology intelligence platform delivering real-world data and clinical analytics to community oncology practices, pharma, payers, and life-science partners. As our portfolio scales — currently 40+ active projects, 400+ deliverable line items, and ~20 clients — we are elevating the Project Manager role from a coordination function into a true owner of how work gets delivered, tracked, reconciled, and scaled across the business.

This is not a scheduling-and-logistics seat. We are looking for a proactive, technically fluent operator who parses and translates customer needs, builds workflows and automations rather than waiting for direction, and serves as the connective tissue across analytics, business development, finance, pre-sales, and executive stakeholders. A defining part of this role is connecting delivery execution to finance — keeping what was delivered, what can be invoiced, and what revenue can be recognized aligned across the portfolio. Core Responsibilities

1. Intelligent Feedback Management.

Parse customer feedback rather than simply passing it along. Probe when requests are unclear, develop deep knowledge of our products, and translate customer input into clearly defined tasks with context, scope, and timelines the delivery team can act on.

1. Process Innovation & Technology.

Proactively identify friction points across the delivery process and bring solutions — new workflows, automations, and tooling — without waiting to be directed. Design and maintain scalable solutions in Jira and/or Smartsheet, and continually look for ways to reduce manual effort.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration.

Act as a genuine partner across analytics, business development, finance, pre-sales, and executive stakeholders — building the connective tissue between functions that keeps delivery, commercial, and finance aligned.

1. Scalable Operations.

Own ticketing, board management, materials, and data capture in a way that scales. Drive automation, maintain standardized resources across the post-sales process, and build repeatable systems that support a growing portfolio without a proportional increase in effort.

1. Finance & Analytics Alignment.

Connect execution data to finance needs so the business can support automated revenue projections, backlog visibility, and executive reporting. In practice this means:

• Mapping delivery and ticketing to contract deliverables — driving project numbers on tickets and contractor invoices so time and billing align to the right contract.
• Supporting the delivered ? invoice ? recognize flow, with a shared definition of "delivered," so invoicing is gated on confirmed delivery and purchase orders and recognition timing stays clean.
• Helping reconcile delivery-date vs. schedule timing, and tracking at-risk or shifted revenue so the forecast reflects current expectations.
• Contributing to the single-source-of-truth build in Salesforce — helping retire parallel manual trackers and keep delivery, backlog, and revenue reconciled in one place.
• Supporting clear data ownership between Finance (which reports the numbers) and PM (which owns the tracker), so both functions work from the same source.

What We're Looking For

• A proactive mindset — you find problems, flag them, and come with solutions rather than waiting to be told where the gaps are.
• Creativity in solving operational challenges, with a natural pull toward technology and automation to reduce manual lift and scale processes.
• Strong hands-on comfort building solutions in Jira and/or Smartsheet (workflows, automations, dashboards, board structures).
• The ability to understand a technical/analytics product well enough to translate ambiguous customer input into defined, actionable work.
• Excellent cross-functional communication — equally credible with analysts, BD, finance, and executives.
• A systems-builder's instinct — you standardize, document, and automate so processes hold up as volume grows.
• Comfort operating where delivery meets finance — a working understanding of the difference between invoicing and revenue recognition, and why delivery timing matters to both.

Qualifications

• Required: 3+ years in project management, operations, or a delivery/PMO role, ideally in a data, analytics, healthcare, or technology environment.
• Required: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Jira and/or Smartsheet.
• Strong differentiator: Experience with workflow-automation tools, project-management platforms, or building lightweight tooling to solve process gaps (e.g., Zapier/Make, scripting, low-code builders, Salesforce workflows).
• Preferred: Exposure to revenue operations or finance/PM coordination — SOW standardization, ticket-to-deliverable mapping, or revenue/backlog tracking; familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint. xhyhwjd
